Welcome! You are all about to witness my first blogging experience. I'm writing to update and inform all of those interested in Real Estate in the Seacoast/Strafford County, NH area what's going on out there. Specifically this Blog will center around Nikki Douglass and her real estate activity at Better Homes and Gardens/The Masiello Group in Durham, NH. That being said, I spend quite a lot of my time around realtors, usually getting the inside scoop. Considering that I'm not a realtor myself, I might be able to give those of you on the outside some insight. Some of you interested in buying or selling might feel disheartened at the moment due to a decrease in sales over the last couple of months. Don't be so easily discouraged! Not only are sales right now higher than this same time last year, this is always considered the slow time. This is one of those months when realtors pack up for a vacation or spend more time marketing than showing. After all, when it’s zero degrees and snowing outside, houses pretty much all look the same. Considering that the going might be slow right now, it’s not a small feat that Nikki still made it to NUMBER TWO in her company! Meaning, she is the second highest producing realtor in better homes and gardens/masiello and that’s out of 500 agents company wide! Even though the snow is falling and it seems like no takers are coming around the corner, or if it seems like you just can't find the right fit, remember your house or your search for one is in good hands... the second best!
